What we do
Homes and businesses, painted properly
Two crews, one standard. Whether it is a single bedroom or a 40-unit complex, you get the same prep, the same materials and the same written price.

Five things we promise on every job
Most painting complaints are not about paint. They are about people who do not show up, do not communicate and do not clean up. Here is our standard.
We arrive on time
You get an arrival window and a text when the crew is on the way.
We stay in touch
One point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final coat.
We respect your home
Floors covered, furniture moved and replaced, site swept every evening.
We prep properly
Wash, scrape, sand, caulk and prime. Prep is where a paint job is won.
We finish the punch list
We walk the job with you and fix anything you flag before invoicing.
The process
From first call to final walkthrough
Four steps, no mystery. You will know the price, the schedule and the crew before a single drop cloth comes out of the van.
Free walkthrough
We measure every surface, check for rot, cracks and failing caulk, and listen to what you actually want.
Written fixed price
You get an itemised quote with the products, the prep and the schedule. It does not change once you sign.
Prep and paint
Same crew every day. Surfaces washed, repaired and primed before any colour goes on.
Walk it together
We inspect the job with you, fix your punch list, and only then send the invoice.
Customer story
They taped, covered and moved everything before a brush touched a wall, and the site was spotless every single evening. The colour match on the old trim is perfect.

What the neighbours say
Quoted on Tuesday, started the following Monday, finished a day early. The price on the invoice matched the quote to the cent.
Marcus T.Exterior repaint, Cave CreekI have two toddlers and a dog and I was dreading the mess. They masked everything, worked around nap time and swept up every night.
Priya S.Interior, PeoriaWe manage six properties and they are the only painters we call now. Invoices are clean, crews are professional, tenants do not complain.
Ray O.Property manager, GlendaleWhere we work
Serving the Valley, one neighbourhood at a time
We keep our radius tight on purpose. Shorter drives mean crews arrive earlier, stay later and answer the phone when you call. Not on the list? Ask anyway — we often stretch for larger jobs.

Questions
What people ask before they hire us
How much will my project cost?
It depends on square footage, surface condition and how many colours are involved. Rather than guess, we measure everything on site and hand you a fixed written price. The estimate is free and there is no obligation.
How long does a typical job take?
A single room is usually one day. A full interior runs three to five days. An average exterior takes four to seven days depending on prep and weather. Your quote includes the schedule in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we carry general liability and workers compensation, and our licence number is listed in the footer of this site. Ask and we will email you the certificates before you sign anything.
What paint do you use?
Professional-grade products matched to the surface and the exposure. The exact product and sheen is written on your quote so you know what went on your walls.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move and re-cover furniture ourselves, mask floors and fixtures, and put everything back where we found it. We only ask that you clear valuables and breakables.
Ready for a straight answer on price?
Book a free walkthrough. We measure, we listen, and you get a fixed written quote — usually within 24 hours.
